(COVERT LANE, SCRAPTOFT, IN THE PARISHES OF KEHAM,
HOUGHTON ON THE HILL AND SCRAPTOFT),
(DISTRICT OF HARBOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES
EXCEPT FOR ACCESS) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has
made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1),2(2), 4 and 5, of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation
with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9
to the Act, the effect of which will be:
1. To impose a prohibition of motor vehicles, except for access, from
a point 37 metres north east of its junction with Malsbury Avenue to
a point 2200 metres north east of its junction with Malsbury Avenue.
The Order will come into force on the twentieth day of October 2023.
A copy of the Order is available for public inspection at County Hall,
Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision
contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred
by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any
requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been
complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from
the date of this Notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
