What is happening?

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
DARTFORD AREA
Abbey Road & Alexander Road, Greenhithe. DA9 9HB (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
To allow gas works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Abbey Road & Alexander Road, Greenhithe, on or after 23rd October 2023 for up to 33 days or until the works have been completed.
Abbey Road will be closed between the junctions of Eynsford Road and Alexander Road. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Eynsford Road, Knockhall Road, Alexander Road and vice versa.
Alexander Road will be closed between the junctions of Abbey Road and Knockhall Road. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
There is no alternative route. Every effort will be made to maintain access for residents whenever it is safe to do so.
Church Road, Sutton At Hone. (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
To allow drainage works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Church Road, Sutton At Hone, on or after 23rd October 2023 for up to 16 hours or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed from Sutton House, to the car park opposite St John The Baptist Church, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via A225 Main Road, Arnolds Lane and vice versa.
Oakfield Lane, Wilmington. DA1 2SP (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of the installation of a new crossing point, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Oakfield Lane, Wilmington, on or after 23rd October 2023 for up to 2 nights between 20.00hrs and 06.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between Hawley Road and Cedar Road.
The alternative route is via Oakfield Lane, A225 Hawley Road/Lowfield Street, B2174 Princes Road, Heath Lane Upper and vice versa.
Parsons Lane, Wilmington. DA2 7EU (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
To allow gas works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Parsons Lane, Wilmington, on or after 23rd October 2023 for up to 6 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside The Manor Block, Wilmington Girls Grammar School. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Common Lane, Wilmington Court Road, Oakfield Lane and vice versa.
