NO.2 TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Heathrow Airport Limited GIVES NOTICE that it made the above
Orders under Sections 6, 84 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and all other
enabling powers.
The Orders came into effect on 11th October 2023.
The general effect of the Orders is as described in the Notice of
Intent published in the Uxbridge Gazette issue dated 4th October
2023.
Copies of the Orders, together with full details, may be inspected by
prior appointment at Heathrow Airport, The Compass Centre, Nelson
Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GW. (email: streetworks@
heathrow.com), between hours 09:00-17:00 each day Monday
to Friday, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is
published.
Any person wishing to question validity of this Order or of any
provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the
powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such
enabling Act or of any regulations made thereunder has not been
complied with, may, within six weeks of the date on which these
Orders were made, apply for that purpose to the High Court.
