HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN fod y Cyngor, sef yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd dros dro yn cyflwyno’r cyfyngiad a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae angen y Gorchymyn i ganiatáu diogelwch i beiriannydd sy’n gwneud gwaith yn y strwythur o dan ddaear ac mae er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 22/10/2023 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am 18 mis ar y mwyaf neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag a ddaw yn gyntaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud ar 22/10/2023 rhwng 09:30am a 15:30pm. Atodlen-Ni chaiff neb beri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd Pisgah Street rhwng rhifau 42/44, Mynydd Cynffig, y Pîl. Y llwybr amgen i gerbydau yw ar hyd Pisgah Street, Baiden Avenue ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Bydd mynediad ar gael drwy’r cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu a’r Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans yn ymateb i argyfyngau.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (PISGAH STREET, BRIDGEND) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Bridgend in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) have made an Order which temporarily introduces the restriction set out in the schedule below. The Order is necessary to allow safety for engineer conducting works in the underground structure and is in the interest of public safety. The Order will come into force on the 22/10/2023 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. It is anticipated the planned works will be undertaken on 22/10/2023 between the hours of 09:30am and 15:30pm. Schedule-No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along pisgah street between number 42/44, Kenfig hill, Pyle. The alternative route for vehicles is via pisgah street, baiden avenue and vice versa. Access will be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Dated: 17/10/2023
