Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2045 Holyoakes Lane, Bentley Pauncefoot) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2045 Holyoakes Lane from its junction with B4184 Alcester Road to its junction with C2060 Curr Lane.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route:
C2060 Curr Lane, C2060 Foxlydiate Lane, C2137 Birchfield Road, B4184 Birchfield Road, B4096 Hewell Lane, B4184 Alcester Road and vice versa.Maximum duration:
18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 7 November to 20 November 2023.(Link Footpath F20517 The Hedgerows (outside No. 6) to Dark Lane, Romsley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order made: To close that part of F20517 The Hedgerows (outside No 6) to Dark Lane from its junction U20621 Dark Lane to its junction with U20619 The Hedgerows.
Reason: Footpath resurfacing & new retaining wall by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route:
U20619 The Hedgerows, C2002 St. Kenelms Road, U20621 Dark Lane and vice versa.Maximum duration:
6 Months. Anticipated duration: 93 days. Commencing: 16 October 2023.(U21339 College Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order Made:
To close that part of U21339 College Road from its junction with B4184 New Road to its junction with F20008 Chapel Walk.Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route:
U21334 West Road, A448 Stratford Road, U21341 Windsor Street, B4184 New Road and vice versa.Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 11 October 2023.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A448 Bromsgrove Highway, Bromsgrove) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2023
Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A448 Bromsgrove Highway from its junction with A38 Slideslow Farm Roundabout for a distance of 700 metres in both directions.
Reason:
A38 Bromsgrove Route Improvements requiring widening works to the A448 and installation of new traffic signals at Oakalls roundabout by WCC.Exemptions:
Special Forces vehicles.Maximum and actual duration: 575 days.
Commencing: 18 October 2023.(A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, Bromsgrove) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2023
Order Made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass from its junction with A38 Slideslow Farm Roundabout to its junction with B4091 Hanbury Road.
Reason: A38 Bromsgrove Route Enhancement Programme includes road widening at key junctions and Active Travel Corridor installations by WCC.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum and actual duration: 636 days. Commencing: 18 October 2023.
