Market Place, Cromford - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
A5012 MARKET PLACE, CROMFORD
WHEN: 19th October 2023 to 3rd November 2023 (night closures between 18:00 and 05:00 each night)
WHERE: Market Place, Cromford between junction with A6 and junction with Water Lane Via Gellia
REASON: To facilitate carriageway resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A6, Derby Road, A6 Dale Road, A615 Bakewell Road, A6 Dale Road North, B5056, Grangemill, A5012 Via Gellia and vice versa
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
