Temporary Road Closure – Ecchinswell Road, Ecchinswell, Sydmonton & Bishops Green, Basingstoke
Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
Road To Be Closed: that part of Ecchinswell Road between its junction with Ash Road and a point approx. 335m north of that junction.
Alternative Route: A339, Newbury Road, Foxes Lane, Sydmonton Road, Hydes Platt North.
Duration Of Order: from 23rd October 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 5 days between the hours 08:30-17:00).
