SCHOOL STREET, ST MICHAEL'S CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL - VIEWFIELD ROAD, SW18
* The Wandsworth (School Streets) (No. 3) Experimental Order 2023
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 4 October 2023 made the above order under sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effects of the Order is to introduce a school street in Viewfield Road for St Michael's Church of England Primary School, from its junction with Granville Road to its junction with Seymour Road, operating between 8.am and 9 am and between 2.30 pm and 3.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, during term time.
3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 16 October 2023, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six months from the date on which the Order was made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from the Department of Environment and Community Services at the address given below.
5. Whilst the Order remains in force the Assistant Director - Traffic and Engineering, or some person authorised by him, may modify or suspend the Order or any provision contained in them if it appears to him or that other person essential in the interests of the expeditious, convenient and safe movement of traffic or of the provision of suitable and adequate parking facilities on the highway or for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which any road affected by the Order runs.
6. The Council will consider in due course whether the provisions of the Orders should be reproduced and continued in force Indefinitely by means of Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Any person wishing to object to the making of Orders for the purpose of such reproduction and continuation may, within the above mentioned period of six months, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference ES/TMO/2005).
7. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - BURNTWOOD LANE SW17
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Burntwood Lane to facilitate Thames Water utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Burntwood Lane from the junction of Sandgate Lane to the junction of Trinity Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 21 October 2023 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 29 October 2023.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Dawnay Road to facilitate BT Openreach utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Dawnay Road from the junction of Dawnay Gardens to the junction of Burntwood Lane. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

to restrict vehicular movement in Lebanon Gardens to facilitate Sewer works
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Lebanon Gardens from the junction Merton Road to outside and opposite number 11. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Lombard Road to facilitate Bridge Examination works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle or pedestrian shall enter, proceed or wait along Lombard Road from junction of Gwynne Road to the junction of Vicarage Cresent. There will also be a height restriction on vehicles taller than 10 feet. There will be no waiting between 22:00 - 06:00.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 17 October 2023 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 18 October 2023.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Oxford Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Oxford Road in a northbound direction from the junction of Upper Richmond Road to the rear of 140 Upper Richmond Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Sutherland Grove from outside number 59 to the junction of Girdwood Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Alton Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Alton Road from outside number 74 to the junction of Breamore Close. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 9 October 2023 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 13 October 2023.
