Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.

SEVENOAKS AREA

LEYDENHATCH LANE, SWANLEY. BR8 7PT (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER NOVEMBER 2023
To allow water connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Leydenhatch Lane, Swanley, on or after 1st November 2023 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between the junctions with Russett Way and College Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Birchwood Road, B2173 Maidstone Road/Bartholomew Way, B258 Swanley Lane/Main Road, College Road and vice versa.

LINGFIELD ROAD, EDENBRIDGE. TN8 5HN (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Lingfield Road, Edenbridge, on or after 18th October 2023 for up to 1 day between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between Edenbridge House and Stable Court.
The alternative route is via Lingfield Road, B2026 Mont St Aignan Way/High Street/Mill Hill, B2028 Marsh Green Road/Moor Lane/Racecourse Road, Station Road, Crowhurst Road, Haxted Road and vice versa.

LITTLE NORMAN STREET, IDE HILL. TN14 6BN (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of a new electrical supply, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Little Norman Street, Ide Hill, on or after 16th October 2023 for up to 25 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed outside 67 Mackerels Cottage for approximately 120 metres westbound.

The alternative route is via Nightingale Lane, Little Norman Street, Norman Street, Sundridge Road, Ide Hill Roundabout, Ide Hill Roundabout To Wheatsheaf Hill, B2042 Wheatsheaf Hill, Nightingale Lane and vice versa.

PILGRIMS WAY WEST, DUNTON GREEN. TN14 5JN (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of vegetation and tree felling works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Pilgrims Way West, Dunton Green, on or after 5th November 2023 for up to 1 day between 07.00hrs and 17.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed at the railway bridge.

The alternative route is via Pilgrims Way West, London Road, A224 London Road, A25 Maidstone Road/Bradbourne Vale Road, A225 Otford Road/Sevenoaks Road, High Street and vice versa.

ROODLANDS LANE, FOUR ELMS. TN8 6RN (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of SES Water works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Roodlands Lane, Four Elms, on or after 16th October 2023 for up to 19 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed at the junction with B2042 Green Lane.
The alternative route is via Roodlands Lane, B2027 Bough Beech Road, B2042 Ide Hill Road/Green Lane and vice versa.

ZION STREET, SEAL. TN15 0AP (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of SGN works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Zion Street, Seal, on or after 30th October 2023 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside number 17.

The alternative route is via Zion Street, A25 High Street, School Lane, The Green, Church Road, Childsbridge Lane, Church Street and vice versa.

VARIOUS ROADS, SUNDRIDGE, SEVENOAKS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & SUSPEND ONE-WAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of gas mains replacement works, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on Various Roads, Sundridge, Sevenoaks, as per the schedule below. The one-way Order on Chapmans Road will be suspended to allow access.

Church Road - Chapmans Road to Greystone Park
20th October 2023 to 30th October 2023
Southern diversion is via Church Road, New Road and Main Road
Northern diversion is via Church Road, Chapmans Road, Woodside Road, New Road and Church Road.

Greystone Park - Full length of the road
30th October 2023 to 1st December 2023
Diversion: Access to be maintained but restricted.

New Road - Woodside Road to Manor Road
13th November 2023 to 22nd December 2023
Northern diversion is via Main Road, Church Road and New Road
Southern diversion is via New Road, Church Road, Chapmans Road and Woodside Road.
