What is happening?

CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(30mph & 40mph Speed Limit) (A1101 & B1169, Leverington) Order 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that on 20th September 2023 the Cambridgeshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers the effect of which is to: Implement a 30mph speed limit in the parish of Leverington on:

B1169 – Dowgate Road – from its junction with A1101 (Leverington Road) in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 348 metres

A1101 – Leverington Road – From its junction with B1169 (Dowgate Road) in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 235 metres

A1101 – Sutton Road – From its junction with the B1169 (Dowgate Road) in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 800 metres

Implement a 40mph speed limit in the parish of Leverington on: A1101 – Sutton Road – From a point approximately 800 metres north of its junction with B1169 (Dowgate Road) in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 140 metres A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 28th September 2023 together with a map showing the effects of the Order and a Statement of the Reasons for having made the Order, may be inspected at the office of the undersigned and at the Cambridgeshire Highways, Stanton Way, Stukeley Meadows Industrial Estate, Huntingdon PE29 6PY Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks
