The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Access To Sandy Mouth, Kilkhampton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Kilkhampton. This prohibition is necessary for new duct installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th October 2023 to 1st November 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Access To Sandy Mouth, Kilkhampton between grid reference SS 21173:10351 and property named Sandymouth Car Park.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Bude-Stratton. This prohibition is necessary for repair works of canal bank and reinstatement of footpaths and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th October 2023 to 18th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Polyphant, Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for closure of overflow amenity site car park under National Highways control and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st November 2023 to 31st May 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary to provide a safe working area for engineers to access the top floor of a building using a hoist and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd October 2023, for one day.
