ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (A38, B3181 & MILLENNIUM WAY, UFFCULME, BURLESCOMBE, CULLOMPTON) ORDER 2023
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF WEIGHT RESTRICTION, TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 30/10/23 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 1/12/23. Between the hours of 19:00 & 07:00. All weight restrictions on the affected roads will be suspended.
Roads affected:
B3181 & MILLENNIUM WAY, CULLOMPTON
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected - A38, UFFCULME, BURLESCOMBE, SOUTHDOWN CROSS TO JERSEY FARM
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via -
DIVERSION 1: A38, A3065, B3227, B3188, B3224, B3190, A396, A361, A38
DIVERSION 2: B3181, A3015, TOPSHAM ROAD, WESTERN WAY, A377, A396, A361, A38.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DEVON HIGHWAYS - RESURFACING WORKS.
