Chester Lane, 40 Miles Per Hour Speed Restriction

CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSAL PTRO 749 - A54 Chester Lane, Whitegate/Little Budworth (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2023)

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.

1. The effect of the order will be to introduce a reduced speed limit on A54 Chester Lane, Whitegate/Little Budworth. Full details showing the proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a map showing the affected area; the Council's statement of reasons for making the order and a copy of this notice, may be examined, if people wish to view further details of the PTRO they should e mail the area highways team at highways@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk to arrange.

2. All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made, to the undersigned quoting reference PTRO 749 by 27 October 2023.

A54 Chester Lane - From a point 170 metres west of Blakeden Lane to a point 450 metres east of Clay Lane.
