NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Newham intends to dispose of open space, having an approximate area of 148sq ft at the land adjoining 28 Renfrew Close, London E6 5PG by way of a transfer.
A plan reference NPS371 showing the subject land edged red is available for inspection between 9.00am and 5.00pm on the normal working days at the offices of London Borough of Newham, Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road London E16 2QU.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should write setting out the details of such objection to: The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Newham, Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road London E16 2QU for the attention of Jonathan.Brown@onesource.co.uk quoting reference 'Land adjoining 28 Renfrew Close' and must be received no later than 4.00pm on 13 October 2023.
