(TOWN END, ALMONDBURY, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Town End, Almondbury from its junction with Lisa Head Way to its junction with Somerset Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Somerset Road, Southfield Road, De Lacy Avenue, Fernside Avenue, Town End and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday, 21st October 2023 and remain in force until 29th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(LAUND ROAD, SALENDINE NOOK, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Laund Road, Salendine Nook from its junction with Kiln Court to its junction with Peat Ponds PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Laund Road, Lindley Moor Road, Crosland Road, Moor Hill Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 23rd October 2023 and remain in force until 25th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(BEECH TREE COURT, SHEEPRIDGE, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 3) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Beech Tree Court, Sheepridge from its junction with Bradley Boulevard to a point outside property no. 7 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

There is no alternative diversionary route available. Access maintained for residents and Emergency Service Vehicles only.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 23rd October 2023 and remain in force until 27th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(YEW TREE LANE, HOLMBRIDGE, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Yew Tree Lane, Holmbridge from a point outside property “Moor Cottage” to a point outside property “Oak Mount” PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Yew Tree Lane, Woodhead Road, Field End Lane, Roods Lane, Flush House Lane, Cold Well Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 24th October 2023 and remain in force until 25th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(OLD TURNPIKE, HONLEY, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Old Turnpike, Honley from its junction with Eastgate to its junction with Salter Calder Court PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Eastgate, Southgate, the unaffected length of Old Turnpike and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 24th October 2023 and remain in force until 25th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(TUDOR STREET/STOCKERHEAD LANE, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield:-

Road Closure
Tudor Street/Stockerhead Lane - from its junction with Linfit Lane to its junction with Hollins Glen

Point Closures
Gordan Street - at its junction with Tudor Street
Glen Side Road - at its junction with Stockerhead Lane

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Linfit Lane, Linfit Fold, Manchester Road, Commercial Street, Hollins Glen and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 23rd October 2023 and remain in force until 12th January 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(FAR LANE, HEPWORTH, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Far Lane, Hepworth from its junction with Farfield Drive to its junction with Mugup Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Far Lane, Cowcliff Hill Road, Dean Lane, Dean Bridge Lane, Town Gate and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday, 24th October 2023 and remain in force until 17th November 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(ST HELEN’S GATE, ALMONDBURY, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of St Helen’s Gate, Almondbury from its junction with King James’ School Entrance to its junction with Arkenley Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Arkenley Lane, Sharp Lane, Westgate, Fenay Lane, St Helen’s Gate and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday, 7th October 2023 and remain in force until 14th October 2023 weekend working only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(CLARKE LANE, MELTHAM, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Clarke Lane, Meltham, Holmfirth from its junction with Huddersfield Road to its junction with Parkin Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Parkin Lane, Holmfirth Road, Huddersfield Road.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Sunday, 8th October 2023 between 08:00 - 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(BROOK STREET, MOLDGREEN, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Brook Street, Moldgreen from its junction with Church Street to its junction with Leef Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Church Street, Church Lane, Leef Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 9th October 2023 and remain in force until 13th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(HALL ING LANE, HONLEY, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Hall Ing Lane, Honley from its junction with Gynn Lane to a point outside property no. 61 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Gynn Lane, New Mill Road, Brockholes Lane, Hall Ing Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Tuesday, 10th October 2023 between 08:00 - 16:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(OAK ROAD, BRADLEY, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Oak Road, Bradley from a point outside property no. 3 to its junction with Leeds Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Oak Road, Leeds Road, Bradley Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday, 11th October 2023 and remain in force until 13th October 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(MAGDALE, HONLEY, HOLMFIRTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Magdale, Honley from a point outside property White Gate to point outside property no. 73 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Huddersfield Road, Woodhead Road, Eastgate, Westgate, Thirstin Road, Sentry, White Gate, Mag Bridge, Magdale and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on Friday, 13th October 2023 between 08:00 - 18:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH DEN/149/10, SCISSETT, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the footpath has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in that length of Public Footpath DEN/149/10, Scissett from its junction with Pilling Lane to its junction with DEN/31/20 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works.

Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via Pilling Lane, DEN/107/20, DEN/31/10, DEN/31/20 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 9th October 2023 and remain in force until 8th January 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 6 months if necessary).

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH COL/141/20 & COL/141/90, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the footpath has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in that length of Public Footpath COL/141/20 and COL/141/90, Slaithwaite from its junction with Public Footpath COL/141/60 to its junction with Clough House Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works.

Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via Public Footpath COL/141/60, Bank Gate, Longlands Road, Heys Lane, Clough House Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 9th October 2023 and remain in force until 22nd December 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 6 months if necessary).
