(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle/pedestrian from proceeding in
that section of road that comprises of the railway level
crossing area on Moor Road at Thorne in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and
the workforce whilst works for level crossing barrier renewal
are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles/
pedestrians affected by the Order is via Moor Road, Clay
Bank Road, Green Bank, High Bridge Road, Moor Road and
vice versa.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding or
waiting in that length of Ash Hill Crescent at Hatfield in the
City of Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this
notice on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst carriageway patching works are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Ash Hill Road, Manor Road,
Station Road, Ash Hill Crescent and vice versa.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
