What is happening?

WAKEFIELD COUNCIL

(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2016) NUMBER 2 ORDER 2023 B6428 COW LANE, RYHILL (PART)

The Council of the City of Wakefield, in exercise of powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made the above Order, the effect of which in relation to B6428 Cow Lane, Ryhill (part), is to vary the Council of the City of Wakefield (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order 2016) by:-

1.  Introducing lengths of No Waiting At Any Time on part of the following road:-

B6428 COW LANE, RYHILL

The order comes into force on the 9th October 2023. A copy of the Traffic Regulation Order, together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be viewed on the website ww.wakefield.gov.uk/tro.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (ie. 2nd October 2023) apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA), (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2016) AMENDMENT NO.3 ORDER 2023 CARNFORTH AVENUE & FINCHDALE CLOSE, WAKEFIELD

The Council of the City of Wakefield, in exercise of powers conferred by the Road Traffic

Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made the above Order, the effect of which in relation to Carnforth Avenue & Finchdale Close, Wakefield), is to vary the Council of the City of Wakefield (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order 2016) by:-

1. Introducing Permit Holders Only on Carnforth Avenue and Finchdale Close, Wakefield and No Waiting At Any Time on the junction of Balne Lane/Carnforth Avenue.

The order comes into force on the 9th October 2023. A copy of the Traffic Regulation Order, together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be viewed on the website ww.wakefield.gov.uk/tro.
