D3781 Goose Lane, Woking Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023
On 04 October 2023 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: – 1. Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D3781 Goose Lane, Woking. 2. Suspend the “Surrey County Council Saunders Lane (D3680) Woking and Goose Lane (D3781) Woking Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023” insofar as affects D3781 Goose Lane, Woking. This Traffic Order is required to enable Affinity Water to fit a stop tap/boundary box and/or to carry out water mains connection and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 5pm, within 3 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 16 October 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency vehicles, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times by means of road plates. Alternative route: – Saunders Lane and Smarts Heath Road.
Camphill Road (C130) West Byfleet Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles and equestrians from entering or proceeding in that length of Camphill Road (C130) West Byfleet which extends from its junction with Claremont Road to its junction with Leisure Lane. This Order is required to enable Dyer & Butler to facilitate brickwork repair works at the railway bridge, which is anticipated to be completed within 5 days, between 7am and 5pm, during the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 23 October 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road including access by emergency vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. Equestrians will be required to follow diversion route. Alternative Route – Camphill Road, Scotland Bridge Road, Woodham Lane, Sheerwater Road and Woking Road.
Hermitage Road (A324) Woking Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2023
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Hermitage Road (A324) Woking as extends from its junction with (D3611) Gorsewood Road to its junction with (A324) Hermitage Roundabout. Alternative Route: (A324) Hermitage Road, Amstel Way, Lockfield Drive, Victoria Way, (A320) Chertsey Road, Guildford Road, (A319) Chobham Road, Chertsey Road, High Street (Chobham), Bagshot Road, (A322) Guildford Road, Bagshot Road, (A324) Brookwood Lye Road, and (A324) Hermitage Road or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate highways improvements and/ or maintenance works by, or on behalf of Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 6.30pm and 6.30am within the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 01 November 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.
