TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below to control traffic.
WHERE & WHAT:
Fernside Road, Poole - road closed to all vehicles between the junctions of Brailswood Road and Bracken Glen - no parking, no waiting, no loading, no unloading.WHEN:
From Monday 2 October 2023 up to and including Friday 27 October 2023WHY:
For the excavation and repair of a sewerACCESS:
Full Emergency Service access will be maintained. Access for residents depending on site safety.DIVERSION:
- Remainder of Fernside Road, Longfleet Road, Parkstone Road, George Roundabout, Wimborne Road to Fleetsbridge Roundabout, back onto Wimborne Road, Fernside Road
- Remainder of Fernside Road, Wimborne Road, Fleetsbridge Roundabout, back onto Wimborne Road, George Roundabout, High Street North, Longfleet Road, Fernside Road

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Council regrets any inconvenience caused by this Traffic Order.
