What is happening?

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES)
(AMENDMENT No.1) ORDER 2023
The Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has recently made an Order, the effect of which is to supplement and amend the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (Parking Places) Order 2019 to introduce charging in the Dunorlan Park car parks as detailed below.
A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on the 16 October 2023 may be inspected during normal office hours at the Town Hall, Monson Way, Tunbridge Wells and be viewed at tunbridgewells.gov.uk/consultation. Should you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of publication of this notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
