Proposed Order: To close that part of C2032 Harrow Lane from its junction with C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson to its junction with U42205 Owls Lane.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2032 Himbleton to Middle Road, C2032 Middle Road to Himbleton, C2149 Hollowfields Road, B4090 Droitwich Road, C2080 Goosehill Lane, C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson and vice versa

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between the period 23 October - 10 November 2023.

(B4091 Stourbridge Road & U20201 Bournheath Road and Roundabout, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: To close that part of:

Closure 1 - B4091 Stourbridge Road from its junction with U20200 Yew Tree Lane for a distance of 300 metres in a north-westerly direction.

Closure 2 - U20201 Bournheath Road and Roundabout from its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Road to its junction with U20009 Bournheath Road.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route:

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (19.30-06:00) between the period of 2 October 2023 - 13 October 2023.

(A448 Bromsgrove Highway, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Order made: To close that part of the exit slip road off A448 Bromsgrove Highway from its junction with A448 Bromsgrove Highway towards the B4184 Foxlydiate Roundabout for a distance of 200 metres.

Reason: Replacement vehicle restraint system by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 Bromsgrove Highway (Southbound), B4504 Bromsgrove Highway, B4504 Windmill Drive, A448 Bromsgrove Highway (Northbound), B4184 Birchfield Road, B4184 Foxlydiate Roundabout and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of U42004 Pumphouse Lane from its junction with C2079 School Road to its junction with U42003 Loggerheads Lane.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2079 School Road, B4091 Hanbury Road, U42004 Pumphouse Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between the period of 3 October and 16 October 2023.

(U21216 Orchard Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: To close that part of U21216 Orchard Road from its junction with U21215 Broad Street to its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Road.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4091 Stourbridge Road, U21215 Broad B4091 Stourbridge Road, U21215 Broad Street and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days within the period of 28 September and 11 October 2023.

(C2149 Harmans Hill, Earls Common) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2149 Harmans Hill from its junction with C2150 Goosehill Lane to Earls Common to its junction with C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Road.

Reason: Safe working for underground cabling work by Openreach.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2149 B4090 Hanbury Road to Broughton Green, B4090 Hanbury Road, C2080 Goosehill Lane, C2150 Goosehill Lane to Earls Common and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 23 October 2023.

(U22012 Sugarbrook Lane, Stoke) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: To close that part of U22012 Sugarbrook Lane from its junction with C2045 Stoke Pound Lane for a distance of 250 metres in a westerly direction. Reason: Safe telecoms working access by Openreach.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U22012 Buntsford Hill, U22012 Buntsford Drive, A38 Redditch Road, B4091 Hanbury Road, C2045 Stoke Pound Lane and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U22017 Pikes Pool Lane from its junction with C2247 Alcester Road to its junction with B4096 Alcester Road.

Reason: Bridgeworks inspection by Centurion Site Services.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Proposed Order: To close that part of C2158 Netherwood Lane from its junction with C2076 Newland Road to Plough Lane for a distance of 1220 metres in a South Easterly direction.

Reason: Level crossing maintenance work by Network Rail.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Proposed Order: To close that part of U21072 Old Station Road from its junction with U21075 Harvington Road to its junction with U21081 The Crescent.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
