ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (ROAD FROM LYNTON CROSS TO THE OLD RECTORY, LANE PAST SOUTH BURLAND FARM, ROAD PAST MILLTOWN, ROAD FROM ROSE COTTAGES TO PLAISTOW MILLS, WEST DOWN, BITTADON, MILLTOWN, MUDDIFORD) ORDER 2023
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 6/11/23 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 16/11/23. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: ROAD FROM LYNTON CROSS TO THE OLD RECTORY, LANE PAST SOUTH BURLAND FARM, ROAD PAST MILLTOWN, ROAD FROM ROSE COTTAGES TO PLAISTOW MILLS, WEST DOWN, BITTADON, MILLTOWN, MUDDIFORD The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - MILLTOWN - B3230 - SHIRWELL CROSS - A39 - BLACKMOOR GATE - A399, EASTER CLOSE CROSS, A3123, LYNTON CROSS, B3230, MILLTOWN & VICE VERSA.. 
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: PATCHING WORKS.
