(ST GILES STREET, NORTHAMPTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of St Giles Street, Northampton as set out below. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of St Giles Street, Northampton from outside number 1.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during reinstatement works. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 22nd October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for three days.

(MANOR ROAD, NORTHAMPTON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Manor Road, Northampton as set out below. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Manor Road, Northampton from the junction of Welford Road to Church.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during pole replacement. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 25th October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Valley Road, Little Billing as set out below. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Valley Road, Little Billing from the junction of Washbrook Close to Washbrook Close.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during pole replacement. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 31st October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Green Street, Milton Malsor as set out below. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Green Street, Milton Malsor from Orchard Close to Collingtree Road.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during stop tap replacements. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 30th October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Grove Road, Northampton as set out below. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Grove Road, Northampton from outside number 10.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during pipe repairs.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 25th October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Beech Avenue, Northampton as set out below. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Beech Avenue, Northampton from Lindsay Avenue and Chestnut Terrace.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during disconnection and connection of gas supply.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 23rd October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 21st October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Eastcote Road, Gayton as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Eastcote Road, Gayton from Tiffield Road to Hillcrest Road.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during new ducting. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 24th October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of the various roads in Broughton and Chapel Brampton as set out below.

LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: A5199 – from Home Park Drive to Northampton Road. Sandy Lane – from entrance to Brampton Grange Wedding Venue to A5199. Brampton Lane – from Home Park Drive to A5199.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during major highway improvements.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety after a building fire. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 4th October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. (TEMPORARY REVOCATION OF PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES/ WAITING & LOADING) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit vehicles from proceeding, waiting and loading along those lengths of Gold Street and The Ridings, Northampton as set out below.

LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTIONS APPLIES: That length of Gold Street – junction of College Street to Bridge Street and The Ridings – exit of car park to Dychurch Lane. REASON FOR RESTRICTIONS: The restrictions are required for safety to enable safe passage for a diversion during Bridge Street closure.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 4th October 2023 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
