THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (ON-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR DISABLED PERSONS REVOCATION) (VARIOUS STREETS NO 11) ORDER 20_
The Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. Full details may be inspected online at http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/ or from Suite 1B, The Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, by contacting adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk
2. Objectors must state their grounds for objection in writing, to be received by 19/10/23 to: Roads Administration, Place Services, Suite 1B, The Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Falkirk, FK2 9EE Alternatively, objectors can e-mail objections to adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 28/09/23, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
