Hysbysir Drwy Hyn Bod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 Drwy Hyn Yn Gorchymyn A Chyfarwyddo y dylid cadw at ddibenion y rheoliadau fel a ganlyn: 
1.  Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 2ail Hydref 2023 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd i’r gwaith cael ei gwblhau rhwng 2ail Hydref 2023 a’r 11eg Hydref 2023. 
2.  Roedd angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu D.r Cymru i wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol/heolydd ar gau. 
3.  Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd:  •  Cau dros dro rhan o’r R90 Heol Hoop i Pilstone House, Whitebrook o’r gyffordd gyda Heol Hoop am ~2.75km mewn cyfeiriad de-ddwyreiniol.  •  Cau dros dro rhan o Heol New Mill, Whitebrook o’r gyffordd gyda’r R90 Heol Hoop to i Pilstone House am ~335m mewn cyfeiriad gogledd-ddwyreiniol. 
4.  Roedd yna lwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: A466, Heol Llandogo, B4293 ac i’r gwrthwyneb. 
5.  Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heolydd Amrywiol, Whitebrook, Sir Fynwy, 2023.  6.  Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Monmouthshire County Council Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice Section 14 - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  Monmouthshire County Council (Various Roads, Whitebrook, Monmouthshire)  Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2023
Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 do Hereby Order And Direct that for the purpose of the following regulations shall be observed: 
1.  The Order came into operation on the 2nd October 2023 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 2nd October 2023 and 11th October 2023. 
2.  The order was necessary for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure. 
3.  The effect of the order was:  •  To temporarily close a section of the R90 Hoop Road to Pilstone House, Whitebrook from its junction with Hoop Road for ~2.75km in a south-easterly direction.  •  To temporarily close a section of New Mill Road, Whitebrook from its junction with R90 Hoop Road to Pilstone House for ~335m in a north-easterly direction. 
4.  A signed diversionary route was in place as follows:- A466, Llandogo Road, B4293 and vice versa. 
5.  This order may be cited as the Various Roads, Whitebrook, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023 
6.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.  Dated: 27th September 2023  Mark Hand Head of Placemaking, Regeneration, Highways and Flooding Monmouthshire County Council PO Box 106 Caldicot Monmouthshire NP26 9AN
