NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND COMPRISING OPEN SPACE EASTWOODS PARK, EASTWOODS ROAD, PRUDHOE, NORTHUMBERLAND, NE42 5DT
Notice is hereby given that Northumberland County Council intends to dispose of, by way of a Lease of 15 years duration, an area of land comprising approximately 285 m2 located at Eastwoods Park, Eastwoods Road, Prudhoe, Northumberland, NE42 5DT, which consists of or forms part of an open space area.
A plan showing the area of the intended disposal can be requested by emailing mandy.thompson@northumberland.gov.uk
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:
Mandy Thompson, Surveyor Strategic Estates, Place and Regeneration Northumberland County Council, County Hall Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 2EF to be received no later than noon on 13 October 2023
