ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in
exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to
temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Eastcourt Road,
Temple Cloud from a point outside Cloud Hill Farm extending west for
approximately 132 metres. USRN: 47916595.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be
executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to replace a pole
on the 19th October 2023 for a maximum period of 2 days. The road
will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and
may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long
as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for
ONE DAY between 08:00 - 16:00hrs. Access will be maintained for
residents.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in
exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to
temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of High Street,
East Harptree from its junction with the B3114 Coley Road, extending
south to its junction with Access Road Rear of High Street.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to
be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to replace a
BT pole on the 20th October 2023 for a maximum period of 2 days.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in
position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only
for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated
to be for ONE DAY between 08:00 - 16:00hrs only.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in
exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to
temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Denny Lane,
Chew Magna from its junction with Moorledge Road extending south
to a point outside 2 Denny Lane. USRN: 47902308.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed
to be executed on or near the road for drainage improvement works
to remove highway flooding by Bath and North East Somerset Council
on the 16th October 2023 for a maximum period of 6 months. The
road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position
and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so
long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for
TWO WEEKS.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Tunbridge Road – B3130 – B3114 –
Walley Court Road – Walley Lane – Denny Lane – vice versa.
