THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(B5125 HAWARDEN, CARMEL, FFRITH, SEALAND AND YSCEIFIOG) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th September 2023, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all enabling powers, the effect of which will be:-
a) To impose a speed limit of 20mph on the length of roads specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Ysceifiog
Ffordd Pentre, Ysceifiog, from a point 10 metres west of its junction with Ffordd Gledlom for a distance of 28 metres in a westerly direction.
Hawarden
B5125 Hawarden to Broughton: from a point 20 metres South-east of its junction with Moor Lane for a distance of 80 metres in a South-easterly direction.
Carmel
Carmel Road: From a point 50 metres west of its southerly junction of the adjoining road between Carmel Road and the A5026 for a distance of 233 metres, in an easterly direction
Unnamed road leading to Gorsedd Farm: for its entire length.
Pennant view, Druids Close, Osprey Court and The Orchard: For their entire lengths.
Ffrith
Cymau Lane: from its junction with High Street, for distance of 55 metres in a south-easterly direction. B5101 Ffrith: from its junction with the Cymau Lane, for distance of 62 metres north-westerly direction Sealand
Old Sealand Road: from a point 180 metres south-east of its junction with Seahill Road for a distance of 38 metres. Notice is hereby given that on the 19th September 2023, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Section 81,82,83 and 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act of 1984") and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984, the effect of which will be:-
a) To impose a speed limit of 20mph on the length of roads specified in Schedule 1 to this notice.
b) To impose a speed limit of 30mph on the length of roads specified in Schedule 2 to this notice.
c) The Order will revoke The Flintshire County Council (B5123 Berth Ddu to Springfield Hill) (Restricted Road, 30 mph, 40mph Speed Limit and Revocation) Order 2016 in its entirety.
