THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (INVERARY DRIVE, BISHOPBRIGGS) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
On the 26 September 2023 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency Service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do) on Inverary Drive, Bishopbriggs between its junctions with Dunvegan Drive and Carisbrooke Crescent, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 09.30 hours on Monday, 9 October until 18.00 hours on Friday, 20 October 2023.
Alternative Route
The alternative route for vehicles will be by way of Inverary Drive, Cadder Road, the A803 Kirkintilloch Road, and Meadowburn, and these routes will be sign posted.

(CIVIC WAY, KIRKINTILLOCH) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
The East Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 62 of the Road (Scotland) Act 1984, as amended, make the above named Order which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the event activities and those vehicles requiring access to properties/ premises adjacent to the closed section of road) on Civic Way, Kirkintilloch from its junction with the B757 Lenzie Road to its termination, for reasons of public safety and convenience.
This Order will operate between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 Noon on Sunday, 8 October 2023.
Contravention of the Order, which may be arrange to be inspected by telephoning 0300 1234 510 could result in a penalty of up to £1000.
