NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends
not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force
on 17/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 6 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
6 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety
to allow City Fibre to excavate and install new infrastructure.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends
not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will
come into force on 16/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 12 weeks.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
2 weeks.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety
to allow National Grid and associated contractors to undertake cable repair
works and various highway maintenance works. The proposed alternative
diversion route will be signed on site.

connection.

on 18/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 6 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
6 days.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will
come into force on 14/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 1 month.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
15 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety
to allow Environ Civil Engineering Ltd and their contractors on behalf
of Lagan Homes to undertake required development works, including
resurfacing of the highway. This order may also accommodate third party
works where applicable.
The proposed diversion route for the closure on Markfield Road will be via:
Ratby Lane, Launde Road, Markfield; A50 Leicester Road (Field Head), A50
Bradgate Hill, A50 Markfield Road, Groby Town, Leicester Road from A50,
