Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been
received: Application No. 21/23/00017: Land to The Southwest of,
Townsend Farm, Prowses Lane, Townsend, Axbridge BS26. Variations
of conditions 2, 4 & 6 of Planning Permission 21/20/00003
(Development of a gas-powered energy generation facility & associated
infrastructure for a temporary period of 25 years.) to amend soft & hard
landscaping. This application is of public interest & this development
may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No.
02/23/00022 & 02/23/00023: The Cottage, St Marys Street, Axbridge,
BS26 2BN. Erection of ancillary accommodation on site of existing
outbuilding (to be demolished). This site lies within a Conservation
Area & the application affects a listed building & may affect a public
right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 17/23/00055
& 17/23/00056: Hobbswell House, Kent Street, Cheddar BS27 3LG.
Erection of detached garage/workshop with garden room part on site of
existing (to be demolished). Replacement of single storey lean-to roof
to the West elevation & changing a window to french doors on the
South elevation, widening of site access. This application affects a listed
building. (Householder application). Application No. 17/23/00057:
Cheddar Parish Hall, Church Street, Cheddar BS27 3RA. Erection of
two storey extension to the West elevation, replacement porch &
formation of access ramp to the North elevation, with internal
accessibility alterations. This site lies within a Conservation Area &
may affect the setting of a listed building.
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal
of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity
to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 19/10/2023.

must be submitted in writing either online, by email
