TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 16/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 2 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas Ltd and their contractors to undertake the installation of new gas connections.

MERRYLEES ROAD, NEWBOLD HEATH. FOOTPATH S8, NEWBOLD VERDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 16/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 6 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 18 weeks.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to facilitate the replacement of the existing highway culvert and headwalls and any other associated work to the highway.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Heath Road, Bagworth And Thornton; Bagworth Road Newbold Heath and vice versa. The proposed diversion route for Footpath S8 will be via Footpath BOTAT S7.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 16/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 1 month.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 7 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake the installation of new water main.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Hinckley Road, Heath Lane, Belle Vue Road, Earl Shilton and vice versa.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas Limited and their contractors to undertake the installation of new gas mains.
The proposed diversion routes will be signed on site.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Envevo Ltd and their contractors to undertake the installation of a new electricity connection.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Leicester Road, Spa Lane, London Road, Park Road, Southfield Road, Hawley Road, Rugby Road, Trinity Lane, Mansion Street, The Borough, Stockwell Head, Council Road, Hinckley and vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 02/10/2023 and have a maximum duration of 1 month.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow BT/Telent and their contractors to undertake the installation of a new pole.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Rugby Road, Aldridge Road, Greenmoor Road, Sketchley Manor Lane, Burbage and vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 29/09/2023 and have a maximum duration of 1 month.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 4 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow BT Openreach and their contractors to undertake the installation of new apparatus.
