ORDER 2023
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 22nd September 2023 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install a blue badge disabled parking bay outside No. 55 Charnwood Road, Hillingdon
3. Convert part of the existing Zone U8 residents permit holder parking place in Hillman Close, Uxbridge adjacent to No. 180b Harefield Road to a blue badge disabled parking bay.
4. Revoke a section of the existing 40mph speed limit on Cranford Lane, Harlington and replace with 30mph speed limit. Relocating the start of 40mph speed limit 128 metres east of the eastern boundary of No. 122 Cranford Lane.
5. Install waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ along part of the southern side Botwell Common Road, Hayes adjacent to Lake Farm Country Park between the junction with Dawley Road and a point 22 metres west of the common boundary of No. 2 Beechwood Avenue and No. 136 Botwell Common Road.
6. Make permanent the experimental limited time waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ on the section of Moorhall Road, Harefield between the Borough boundary with Buckinghamshire Council and the bus stops by the entrance to and opposite the The River Garden public house.
7. Make permanent the experimental ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions on Moorhall Road, Harefield either side of the junctions leading to the HS2 Haul Road.
8. Introduce a permit holders past this point residents’ parking scheme in Temple Park, Hillingdon operational ‘9am to 10pm everyday’ in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it has a valid Zone HR permit.
9. Introduce a 20mph zone throughout Springfield Road and Beaconsfield Road, Hayes.

1st Permit – £75
2nd Permit – £110
3rd Permit – £145
4th Permit – £180
5th Permit and any subsequent permits – £215
CURRENT VIRTUAL VISITOR VOUCHERS COSTS
First 10 visitors per household per annum are free then £1.30 per visitor thereafter
All above charges could be subject to change.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 2nd October 2023 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF ‘AT ANY TIME’ WAITING RESTRICTIONS
DERWENT DRIVE, HAYES
i) At the junction with Park Road.
ii) On the inside of the corner outside Nos. 72 and 74 Derwent Drive.
iii) Along the southern side of the junction with Welwyn Way.
iv) Around all sides of the grass island at the junction with Welwyn Way.
WELWYN WAY, HAYES
i) Along the southern side of the junction with Derwent Drive.
ii) Around all sides of the grass island at the junction with Derwent Drive.
TOLLGATE DRIVE, HAYES – On both sides of the corner next to Nos. 7 to 9 Tollgate Drive.
BRAINTREE ROAD, RUISLIP – At the junction with Manningtree Road.
MANNINGTREE ROAD, RUISLIP – At the junction with Braintree Road.
TEMPLE PARK, HILLINGDON – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with the Harlington Road service road by 2.2 metres on both sides of the road.
