HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd Troon Way Bae Colwyn Uchaf. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd St Andrews Road i’w chyffordd hefo Pen y Bryn Road, troi i’r chwith i barhau i ddiwedd y gwyriad wrth agosáu gyda’r gyffordd a Troon Way ac fel arall. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gwaith i roi wyneb newydd ar y ffordd a bydd yn dod i rym ar 25 Medi 2023 a bydd mewn grym dim ond pan fydd yr arwyddion traffig priodol yn cael eu harddangos ar bob safle cyn i’r gwaith ddechrau.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

(Troon Way Upper Colwyn Bay)

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order to prohibit vehicles to proceed in Troon Way Upper Colwyn Bay The alternative route will be along St Andrews Road to its junction with Pen y Bryn Road,  turn left to proceed to the diversions end approaching the junction with Troon Way and vice versa. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained.

The Order which  is necessary to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works  will come into effect on 25 September 2023 and will be in force only when appropriate traffic signs are displayed on each site in advance of  works commencing.
