Christchurch, Multiple Temporary Restrictions Due To Fibre Installation Works
What is happening?
BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL CLARENDON ROAD, PORTFIELD ROAD, AVENUE ROAD, CHRISTCHURCH - FIBRE INSTALLATION WORKS TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHERE & WHAT:
Clarendon Road, Portfield Road and Avenue Road, Christchurch - roads closed to all vehicles at their respective junctions with Barrack Road - no parking, no waiting, no loading/unloadingWHEN:
Anticipated dates from Monday 16 October up to and including Friday 27 October 2023WHY: For safety whilst installation of fibre duct cabling is undertaken under lane closures on Barrack Road by CCN/CityFibre
ACCESS:
Full Emergency Service access will be maintained. The above roads will not all be closed at the same time; this schedule of works is on a phased basis. Residents will be informed by letter with details of rolling road/phased closures by CityFibre.DIVERSIONS:
