What is happening?
NOTICE OF VARIATION OF TARIFFS, OPERATIONAL TIMES AND PARKING PERMIT CHARGES OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Flintshire County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers is to vary the tariffs, operational times and charges of off-street parking permits in the car parks listed in the Schedule to this Notice.
This variation in tariffs, operational times and parking permit charges will come in to force on 1st October 2023
