Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (A451 Dunley Road, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of A451 Dunley Road from its junction with B4194 Ribbesford Road for a distance of 305 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: Utility works by Openreach.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Anti-clockwise diversion: A451 Dunley, A451 Stourport Road, A443 Worcester Road, A443 Witley Road, A4133 Holt Heath to Holt Fleet, A4133 Holt Fleet Road, A4133 Main Road, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A4025 Stourport Road, A4025 Worcester Road, A451 Mitton Street, A451 Lion Hill, A451 York Street, A451 Bridge Street, A451 Dunley Road. Clockwise diversion: A451 Dunley Road, A451 Bridge Street, A451 High Street, A451 Mitton Street, A451 Vale Road, A451 Gilgal, A4025 Worcester Road, A4025 Stourport Road, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Main Road, A4133 Droitwich Road, A4133 Holt Fleet Road, A4133 Holt Heath to Holt Fleet, A443 Witley Road, A443 Worcester Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 Dunley and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 7 October 2023.

(A456 St Marys Ringway, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of A456 St Marys Ringway from its junction with A451 Blackwell Street to its junction with U12162 Lower Mill Street.

Reason: Carriageway patching and resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A456 Bewdley Road, A4535 Sutton Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 The Ringway and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (19:00-06:00) between the period of 9 October to 20 October 2023.

(U12508 St George's Terrace, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (St.George's Terrace, Kidderminster) Various Traffic Orders 1987 (Temporary Suspension (part)) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of U12508 St George's Terrace from its junction with U12506 George Street to its junction with U12500 Offmore Road and to temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (St.George's Terrace, Kidderminster) Various Traffic Orders 1987, to allow for two-way traffic access during the works.

Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U12506 George Street, U12505 Cherry Orchard, U12500 Offmore Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 18 September 2023.

(C2136 Sion Hill, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of C2136 Sion Hill from its junction with A449 Stourbridge Road for a distance of 90 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Replacement manhole cover by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2136 Sion Hill, B4189 Wolverley Road, A449 Stourbridge Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 15 September 2023.

(U13410 Mill Lane and Station Drive, Blakedown) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of U13410 Mill Lane and Station Drive from its junction with A456 Birmingham Road to its junction with C2126 Churchill Lane.

Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2126 Churchill Lane, A456 Birmingham Road, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days. Commencing: 16 September 2023.

(A448 Comberton Hill, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order Made: to close that part of A448 Comberton Hill from its junction with A448 Comberton Hill Roundabout to its junction with A449 Chester Road South.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A449 Chester Road South, A442 Worcester Road, A451 The Ringway, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (20:00 - 05:30) between the dates of 14 September 2023 to 26 September 2023.

(U12438 Shrubbery Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of U12438 Shrubbery Street from its junction with C2199 Hurcott Road for a distance of 39 metres southbound.

Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main by Cadent gas.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2199 Hurcott Road, U12439 Roden Avenue, A456 Birmingham Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 9 October 2023.
