What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE CRICKLEWOOD LANE NW2
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate a bridge inspection, they have made an Order which will close Cricklewood Lane NW2 between Oak Grove and Lichfield Road, while the works take place. The works will commence on Tuesday 26th September 2023 at 10pm and is expected to last for 4 nights. It is also expected that the works will take place each night between the hours of 10pm and 6am. The alternative route for motorists will be via Cricklewood Broadway, Edgware Road, Staples Corner Roundabout, North Circular Road slip staples, North Circular Slip Road Staples Corner near Adrian Avenue, North Circular Road roundabout, North Circular Road, Hendon Way, Cricklewood Lane and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
