Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2023
On the 29 August 2023 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access to & from various side road junctions with Mearns Road, Newton Mearns in the interest of safety for all road users and to facilitate the safe and efficient operation of essential Scottish Water pipe rehabilitation works scheduled to be carried out on Mearns Road over an anticipated period of 7 weeks, from Monday 2nd October 2023 until Friday 17th November 2023.
