30 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT RESTRICTION A631 Bawtry Road Hellaby Rotherham
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the order if implemented will be:-
(i) Revoke the 40mph Speed Limit to the part of road specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this notice;
(ii) Introduce a 30mph speed limit to the part of road specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this notice;

Bawtry Road (A631), Hellaby, from a point 256 metres east of its junction with the eastern kerb line of Bentley Road to a point 120 metres west of its junction with the western side of Hellaby Hall Road, a distance of approximately 750 metres.
A copy of the proposed Order, a map relating to it and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Rotherham Borough Council, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to impose changes to the speed limit affecting the road specified in the Schedule to this Notice. A copy of the proposed Order, a map relating to it and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Rotherham Borough Council, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council acting in its capacity as traffic authority for the borough of Rotherham proposes to make the abovementioned Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order if implemented will be as Specified below:-
(i) Revoke ‘Bus Lane and Prohibition of Stopping, Loading and Unloading’ restrictions affecting the part of road specified in Schedule 1 to this notice;
(ii) Introduce ‘Bus Lane and Prohibition of Stopping, Loading and Unloading’ to the part of road specified in Schedule 2 to this notice;

(b) public service vehicles as defined in Section 1 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981;
(c) vehicles used in the service of a local authority or of the Environment Agency or of a statutory undertaker in pursuance of statutory powers or duties;
(d) vehicles used in connection with building, industrial or demolition operations;
(e) a vehicle being used in connection with the removal of any obstruction in the bus lane;
(f) vehicles proceeding upon the direction or with the permission of police officer in uniform or of a traffic warden.
Copies of the proposed Order a map showing the length and side of the roads affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council’s Offices at the address shown below.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council proposes to make an
Order under Section Sections 1(1), 2(1) and 3(2) and Part III of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act
The effect of the order if implemented will to introduce the prohibition of all motor vehicles other than a bus and a cycle to enter, proceed or wait in the bus lanes specified in the Schedule to this notice;

Exemptions will apply to the no waiting at any time restrictions to enable a vehicle to wait for passengers to board or alight, for disabled badge holders, for loading and unloading of goods, for enabling work to be carried out in or adjacent to the road and for emergency service vehicles.
