B1514 Buckden Road, Brampton and B1514 Brampton Road, Buckden
30MPH, 40MPH AND 50MPH SPEED LIMITS ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 6th September 2023 Cambridgeshire County Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of this is to extend the existing 30mph speed limit on B1514 Buckden Road, Brampton; introduce a new 40mph speed limit beyond that; and introduce a new 50mph speed limit for the remaining length of B1514 to Buckden.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 6th September 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
