Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, HACKFORTH ROAD, LITTLE CRAKEHALL, Order 2023, No. 313.

(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (MOOR ROAD, LEYBURN) ORDER 2023,

NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on the length of road specified below:-Moor Road, Leyburn, From its junction with the A6108 High Street north westwards to a point 128 metres west of its junction with the westernmost side of its junction with Shawl Quarry Lane (measured along the southern kerbline). A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Leyburn Library, Thornborough Hall, Leyburn, DL8 5AB during normal office hours from 08/09/23 until 20/10/23 and also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders.

Temporary 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION, B6271 / PARKGATE LANE, BROMPTON ON SWALE, Order 2023, No. 328. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 30 Mph along the following lengths of road in Brompton On Swale due to construction works on an adjacent site Parkgate Lane - The entire length of the adopted section of the road from its junction with the B6271, B6271 - From its junction with the existing 30 Mph / National Speed Limit changeover point at the western end of the village westwards to a point approximately 300 metres west of its junction with Parkgate Lane for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 25/09/23 & 31 /05/24, but maximum closure is till 30/11 /24, due to works. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, CALVERT HOUSES, IVELET, Order 2023, No. 329. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using an approximate 200 metres length of the road at Calvert Houses, Ivelet, for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 19/09/23 & 30/11/24, due to works.
