Ark Priory School Streets - Application for a SS41 School Streets Zone Permit to Be Issued for Their Vehicle
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
ARK PRIORY PRIMARY ACADEMY SCHOOL STREETS THE EALING (ARK PRIORY SCHOOL STREETS) (NO. 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on the 12th September 2023 made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to create a pedestrian and cyclist zone for Ark Priory Primary Academy School operating between 8.15am and 9.00am and between 3pm and 4.15pm on Mondays to Fridays in Acton Lane, W3, between Gloucester Road and Winchester Street, Gloucester Road, Acton, Jameson Close, Melville Villas Road south of a point 25 metres south of the southern kerb-line of High Street, Acton, Neville Close and Petersfield Road. Residents living in the lengths of these roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice will be able to apply for a SS41 school streets zone permit to be issued for their vehicle so that they can access their properties during the above school street times
3. The Order, which will come into operation on 18th September 2023, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 24th October 2023.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 24th October 2023.
