BEACON ROAD, GILLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable gas main replacement works to be carried out
Beacon Road, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the frontage of 49 Beacon Road and the frontage of 217 Beacon Road. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Upper Luton Road, Chatham Hill, Luton Road, Luton High Street and Beacon Hill.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 9 October 2023 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 9 October 2023 and are programmed for completion within eight weeks. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

BEACONSFIELD AVENUE, GILLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable gas main replacement works to be carried out -
Beaconsfield Avenue, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with Barnsole Road and the eastern extremity. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. No alternative route is available. Emergency access will be maintained.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 16 October 2023 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 16 October 2023 and are programmed for completion within three weeks.
The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are
being displayed.

CAMBRIDGE ROAD ROCHESTER
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to facilitate the installation of a new water supply -
Cambridge Road Rochester - to be closed to all vehicular traffic across the frontage of 48 Cambridge Road. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Brompton Lane and Gordon Road.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 25 September 2023 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 25 September 2023 and are programmed for completion within two weeks. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

CHATHAM
(PARKING PLACES AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS)
(AMENDMENT NO.28) ORDER 2023
NOTICE OF MAKING
Boundary Road, Chatham ME4 6UW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Medway Council on 8September 2023 made the abovementioned Order under sections 1, 2, 45, 46, 53 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Amendment Order, which comes into operation on 12 September 2023, is to remove the parking bay outside No.126 Boundary Road, Chatham, to accommodate a new dropped kerb and vehicle crossing for driveway access.
Copies of the Order and of other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be requested by sending an email to parkingdesign@medway.gov.uk
Persons wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the above date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

GILLINGHAM AND BROMPTON
(PARKING PLACES AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS)
(AMENDMENT NO.38) ORDER 2023
NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
Sunnymead Ave, Gillingham ME7 2DZ
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Medway Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 1, 2, 45, 46, 53 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Amendment Order will be to separate the permit parking bay to facilitate a new 9.5m dropped kerb and shared vehicle crossing outside Nos.52 and 54 Sunnymead Avenue, for driveway access.
Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing by email to TROconsult@medway.gov.uk or by post to “Parking Design team” at the address specified in the paragraph below or by Friday, 6 October 2023, stating name, address and grounds for objection or support.
Copies of the Order and of other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected at the front reception, Medway Council, Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TR during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except for Bank and public holidays.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TURNING)
ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable telecommunications decommissioning works to be carried out -
Princes Avenue, Chatham – Northbound traffic will be prohibited from turning left into Heron Way. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via the roundabout at North Dane Way.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 9 October 2023 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 9 October 2023 and are programmed for completion within one day (with works taking place between 8am and 5pm). The Order will
be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable water supply works to be carried out -
Quinnell Street, Rainham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic opposite the frontage of Kia Motors, Quinnell Street. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via High Street and Golding Street.
This Order will come into force on Saturday, 14 October 2023 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Saturday, 14 October 2023 and are programmed for completion within two consecutive weekends (with works taking place on Saturdays and Sundays onlt). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable water supply works to be carried out -
Reform Road, Chatham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic across the frontage of 3 Reform Road. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be signed via Bright
Road, Chamberlain Road and Grove Road.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 10 October 2023 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 10 October 2023 and are programmed for completion within four days. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

Tangmere Close, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic across the frontage of 47 Tangmere Close. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. No alternative route is available.
Emergency access will be maintained.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 25 September 2023 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
