LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AND HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 KIMPTON ROAD, INDUSTRIAL ESTATE AREA

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton on 4 September 2023 made the following Order The Sutton (Speed Limit) (20mph Kimpton Road Industrial Estate Area) (No. 3) Order 2023 on 4 September 2023 under sections 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended -

2. The general effect of the Order will impose a 20mph speed limit zone in Kimpton Park Way, Kimpton Road, Minden Road, Sandiford Road, Wealdstone Road, Whitaker Road and Willow Walk.

3. A copy of the Order which will come into force 18 September 2023, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order and a plan showing the location and the effect of the Order may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
