(Back Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Back Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 325m northwest of its junction with Nazeing Common for a distance of approximately 60m in a north-westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on (6th October 2023) and then again on the (9th October 2023), or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA003WD5N062R - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Back Lane, Betts Lane, Hoe Lane, Middle Street, Nazeing Common and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Maddox Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Maddox Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with First Avenue to its junction with Howard Way a distance of approximately 1355m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2023 for 4 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2346464 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via First Avenue, Howard Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Middle Street, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Middle Street, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Middle Street to its junction with Highland Road a distance of approximately 90m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2345051 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Middle Street, Nazeing Common, Waltham Road, B194- St Leonards Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.5) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 14th September 2023, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.2) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of roads in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

(Westall Road & Etheridge Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Westall Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Burney Drive for a distance of approximately 50m in a southwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Etheridge Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 120m southeast of its junction with Appleton Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a southeasterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 29th September 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU11300159109-00000002 & MU113159109-00000002 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water.
Alternative routes are available via:
1. Burney Drive - Colebrook Lane - Westall Road and vice versa (with access only into Etheridge Road).
2. Burney Drive - Mannock Drive - Willingale Road - Rochford Avenue, Sandford Avenue and vice versa (with access only into Westall Road).
The Order will come into effect on 14th September 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Chestnut Avenue, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Chestnut Avenue, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 65m south of its junction with Oak Rise for a distance of approximately 25m in a southerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Chestnut Avenue, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 260m southwest of its junction with Oak Rise for a distance of approximately 15m in a south-westerly direction.
3. To temporarily close that length of Chestnut Avenue, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 30m northeast of its junction with Hornbeam Road for a distance of approximately 15m in a northeasterly direction.
(Connaught Avenue, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Connaught Avenue, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Forest View Road to its junction with Ollards Grove a distance of approximately 320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2023 for 24 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU093LPR-ESSE-NL027 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Connaught Hill, Forest View Road, Ollards Grove and vice versa.

(Maltings Lane, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Maltings Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmers Hill to its junction with Egg Hill a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30084445803 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while link box replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Lindsey Street, Palmers Hill and vice versa (with access only into Maltings Lane).

(Roding Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Roding Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 435m northwest of its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a north-westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2023 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC40009949251 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Chigwell Rise, High Road and vice versa (with access only into Roding Lane).

(School Road, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Road, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Old Rectory Road to its junction with Berwick Lane a distance of approximately 1625m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2023 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2349829 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via School Road, Toot Hill Road, Greensted Road, The Borough, Coopers Hill, Stanford Rivers Road, Romford Road, London Road, Church Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southern Way, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Potter Street to its junction with the A414 a distance of approximately 355m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2023 for 4 nights (200:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2348089 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
