Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013, Gorchymyn Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffordd (Canllawiau ar Lefelau Ffioedd) (Cymru) 2013, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Disgrifir natur y cyfyngiadau a theitlau’r gorchmynion arfaethedig yn yr Atodlen honno hefyd.

Yn ogystal gallwch gael copïau o’r un peth drwy anfon cais e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk neu drwy anfon cais ysgrifenedig i’r cyfeiriad isod.

Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiad yn ymwneud â’r gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig ar neu cyn 29 Medi 2023 neu dros e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk a rhaid nodi eich rhesymau dros wrthwynebu. Gellir datgelu gohebiaeth fel sy’n ofynnol gan Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000.

Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Lime Grove/Bramble Close, Caerdydd) (Stryd Ysgol) (Gwahardd Traffig) 2023 yn cynnig gwahardd cerbydau modur rhag mynd i mewn a theithio ar hyd Lime Grove a Bramble Close. Dim ond “Yn Ystod y Tymor” rhwng 08:30 a 09:30 a rhwng 14:30 a 15:30 Ddydd Llun i Ddydd Gwener (yn gynwysedig) y bydd y gwaharddiad hwn yn weithredol. At ddibenion yr hysbysiad hwn a’r Gorchymyn cyfatebol, ystyr “Yn Ystod y Tymor” fydd y Flwyddyn Academaidd (rhwng 1 Medi a 31 Gorffennaf). Caniateir eithriadau ar gyfer cerbydau sy’n arddangos trwydded ddilys â’r cyfeirnod trwydded SZ6. 

2. Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Ardal Rhiwbeina, Caerdydd) (Strydoedd Ysgol) 
(Gwahardd Traffig) 2023 yn cynnig gwahardd Cerbydau Modur rhag mynd i mewn a theithio 
ar hyd unrhyw un o’r darnau o ffordd a nodir isod:- Dim ond “Yn Ystod y Tymor” rhwng 08:30-
09:15 a rhwng 15:00-15:45 ar ddyddiau Llun i Gwener (yn gynwysedig) y bydd y gwaharddiad

3. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2023 (Diwygiad Rhif 29) 2023 yn cynnig eich atal rhag gadael eich cerbyd ar unrhyw adeg yn y Briffordd:

I. Ar ochr y gogledd o bwynt 3 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin o gwrbyn deheuol estynedig Route des Alpes am 15 metr i’r de-ddwyrain.

II. Ar ochr y dwyrain o ffin eiddo estynedig 2/3 Vine Cottages, Heol Fawr, am bellter o 28 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain

NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF

Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended), The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Guidelines on Levels of Charges) (Wales) Order 2013, and of all other enabling powers intends to impose traffic restrictions on the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below. The nature of the restrictions and the titles of the proposed orders are also described in the said Schedule.

Details of the proposals and plans showing the location and extent of the proposed restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition, you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations relating to the orders must be submitted in writing on or before 29th September 2023 or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. This document is available in Welsh/Mae’r ddogfen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg. 

SCHEDULE
1. The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Lime Grove/Bramble Close, Cardiff) (School Street) (Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023 proposes to prohibit Motor Vehicles from entering and proceeding along Lime Grove and Bramble Close. This prohibition shall only apply during “Term Time” between the hours of 08:30-09:30 and 14:30-15:30 Monday to Friday (inclusive). “Term Time” for the purposes of this notice and corresponding Order shall mean the Academic Year (between 1st September and 31st July). Exemptions shall be permitted for vehicles displaying a valid permit with permit reference SZ6.

2. The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Rhiwbina Area, Cardiff) (School Street) (Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023 proposes to prohibit Motor Vehicles from entering and proceeding along the lengths of road specified below. This prohibition shall only apply during “Term Time” between the hours of 08:30-09:15 and 15:00-15:45 Monday to Friday (inclusive). “Term Time” for the purposes of this notice and corresponding Order shall mean the Academic Year (between 1st September and 31st July). Exemptions shall be permitted for vehicles displaying a valid permit with permit reference SZ8:

I. Lon Ucha: throughout its length 

II. Lon-y-Dail: from its junction with Lon Ucha to its junction with Lon Isa

III. Lon Ganol: throughout its length

3. The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2023 (Amendment No 29) Order 2023 proposes to prevent you from leaving your vehicle at any time in Main Road:

I. On its north side from a point 3 metres north-west of the extended southerly kerbline of Route des Alps for a distance of 15 metres south-east

II. On its east side from the extended property boundary of 2/3 Vine Cottages, Main Road, for a distance of 28 metres north-east
