DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn p ara deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso gwaith draenio priffyrdd

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau’r rhannau canlynol o’r ffyrdd:

a. Stryd y Parc, Tylorstown, o’i chyffordd â Heol Cynllwyndu, tua’r gogledd-orllewin am bellter o 800 metr.

b. Heol Cynllwyndu, o’i chyffordd â Heol y Parc i’w chyffordd â Heol Caradog.

Llwybr Amgen – ar gael ar hyd Stryd y Brenin, Teras Graig, Teras Maes-y-dderwen, Teras Brynheulog, Stryd Hendrefadog, Heol Brynbedw a Heol Cynllwyndu.

Fydd DIM mynediad i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys nac i gerddwyr.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i eiddo.

Mae disgwyl i’r ffordd fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau:-

• Cau’n gyfan gwbl rhwng 25 Medi ac 17 Tachwedd 2023.

Efallai y bydd angen cau’r ffordd eto yn ystod y cyfnod rhwng 18 Tachwedd 2023 a 24 Mawrth 2025.

Bydd arwyddion yn eu lle ar y safle 7 diwrnod cyn i unrhyw ffordd gael ei chau er mwyn hysbysu’r cyhoedd.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(PARK STREET AND CYNLLWYNDU ROAD, TYLORSTOWN)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.

The closure is necessary to facilitate highway drainage works

The effect of the Order will be to close the following sections of roads:-

a. Park Street, Tylorstown, from its junction with Cynllwyndu Road, north westwards for a distance of 800 metres

b. Cynllwyndu Road, from its junction with Park Road to its junction with Caradog Road

Alternative route - available via King Street, Graig Terrace, Oakland Terrace, Brynheulog Terrace, Hendrefadog Street, Brynbedw Road and Cynllwyndu Road.

Access WILL NOT be maintained for pedestrians or emergency service vehicles
A ccess to premises will be maintained

The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed:-

• Full closure between 25th September to 17th November 2023

Further closures may be required during the period from 18th November 2023 to 24th March 2025

Advanced warning signs will be placed on site 7 days prior to any closures to inform the public
