Rocks Drove - Temporary Road Closure For Structural Maintenance To Earthworks

Temporary Closure of Rocks Drove
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Rocks Drove - from 78 metres west of the junction with Back River Drove, westwards for a total distance of 139 metres.
This Order will enable Milestone to carry out structural maintenance to earthworks.
The Order becomes effective on 7 September 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 11th September 2023 and last until 15th September 2023 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
