Breakspear Road - Road Traffic Regulation for off Street Parking Places
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON
THE HILLINGDON (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 1985 (AMENDMENT NO. 5) ORDER 2023
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 1st September 2023 it made the above Order to:
1. Make permanent the seasonal parking charges within the indicated spaces in the Breakspear Crematorium Car Park, between ‘10am to 7pm Saturday, Sunday, Bank & Public Holidays between 1st May and 1st September’. Current charges are tabulated below.
2. Make permanent the designated parking area in front of Breakspear Crematorium Cottages and The Lodge, Breakspear Road, Ruislip:
i) For the use of ‘Breakspear Crematorium’ permit holders only within the existing marked bays.
ii) For the use of blue badge holders within the existing marked disabled bays.

A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 11th September 2023 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. A copy of the Order can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk.
If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which this Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
